Losani Homes was founded in 1976 by Giovanni Losani, an Italian immigrant who arrived to Canada in 1960 with determination and a dream. Despite language barriers and long shifts at Stelco, while his wife Maria worked nights at a mushroom farm, Giovanni persevered to provide for their four children. In their new beginning, purchasing their first family home became a defining milestone. One that inspired his mission to help others experience the same pride of homeownership. Guided by his work ethic and passion for building, Giovanni laid the foundation for what would become a 50-year legacy. As the business grew, his sons joined him: Lino, with hands-on trade expertise, and Fred, with a focus on land development and strategic growth. Together, they transformed Losani Homes from a small family builder into one of Ontario’s most respected names in real estate.

Today, Losani Homes has evolved into a fully integrated real estate and capital management company. Its operations span residential neighbourhoods, mid and high-rise developments, commercial projects, property management, and land development. All various business verticals were implemented for sustainable growth while preserving its founding values.
