Our experience with Losani homes was a very pleasant one from the very beginning.  We started looking for a new home that we could afford, but still had excellent quality and resale value.  After looking for several weeks we saw some new townhouses that were being built not too far from where I was living.  What was even better was that these homes were being built by Losani Homes.  This was the same builder that my parents used for there present home and they were extremely happy with.  This was enough for us to hear, we bought the very next day.  Not only did we get the house we were looking for, in the area we wanted, but we were using a quality, smaller family builder who we knew and trusted.  We were at the site almost every day and were always more then satisfied with the workmanship from start to finish, not to mention they guaranteed our date of closing and we closed on time. 

We have been so satisfied with our Losani Home, that we would have no hesitation buying another one.  Bar none, from start to finish the best experience!  True pride in what they do, with fantastic customer service.
