In keeping with our tradition of quality, Losani Homes offers a dynamic customer service department made up of highly experienced customer service administrators as well as a newly added Quality Assurance/Customer Service Manager. This amazing team of professionals serve as our customers' immediate contacts regarding complex construction and service issues. Not only have we expanded our customer service department, we have also added additional service technicians and expanded our inventory of equipment to further improve our quality of service.
24-Hour Emergency Access
What more can Losani Homes do to prove our commitment to customer care? How about the recent establishment of a 24-hour emergency line? This service has been set up so that our customers may have contact with Losani Homes directly in the event of an emergency encounter. Now we are available to our customers whenever they need us the most.
Losani Homes is committed to providing 24-hour around the clock Emergency Service. As a customer, we hope that you appreciate our efforts and do your part by not abusing this service. We ask that you limit calls to emergency situations only and that regular service issues be addressed during normal business hours. In exchange for this commitment, we would expect the same commitment from our customers too.
Conveniently, our telephone number in the event of an emergency remains the same. However, after normal business hours, emergency calls will be routed through an answering service to a Losani representative who will respond.
