PLANS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

At Losani Homes, we’ve done our homework when it comes to designing a new home for you. We know a lot about today’s families and their busy lifestyles. We’ve designed homes in a range of prices that reflect the ever- changing needs of today’s families.

We’ve given a lot of thought to the whole house as one functional living space. From concept, through construction and competition, we build a better home. The result being, a flexible home that makes sense for your lifestyle and is a genuine pleasure to live in today and tomorrow.

1. SALES PROFESSIONALS

Losani Homes’ professionally trained sales representatives can help you make the new home selection that’s right for you. We recommend visiting our sites, viewing our models and visiting the Décor Center. From pricing to customizing floor plans, our knowledgeable team can guide you through the new home buying and planning process. We even provide a detailed home buying process checklist, ensuring no questions are left unanswered.

 

2. A VISIT TO THE DESIGN CENTER

At the Décor Center, you’ll meet our professional interior designers who can help you sort through the vast array of selections and options such as flooring, tile, bathroom fixtures, cabinetry and so much more. You can finalize any additional options you may wish to consider. Bring your magazine tear sheets, fabric and colour samples and start shopping! Remember, the Décor Center staff already know your home inside and out, so they can help you choose what works best.

3. SALES AGREEMENT AND SCHEDULING

When you have made your decision to buy a Losani Homes, you will sit down with your sales professional and execute an agreement. You will be given a homebuyer’s orientation, review the process of selections, be given a schedule of critical dates for colour selections, construction timelines and contracts.

4. CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERWAY

Your dream home is being built. Trades are busy. The foundation is being laid. The framing is being done. The framework that supports the roof is being built. Heating and electrical are being installed. Skilled masons are laying the brick.

5. SKILLED ARTISANS ARE PLYING THEIR CRAFT

The finishing of your interior is being orchestrated as master craftsman are laying tile, workmen are painting, carpenters are installing cabinetry, and hardwood is going in. Finishing touches are taking place. Your supervisor is ensuring quality control every step of the way.

6. PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION (PDI)

With plenty of time allocated for questions and demonstrations, the PDI is your final inspection prior to move-in. Any noted deficiencies are quickly attended to ensuring quality control and your completed satisfaction. Appliances, your heating and cooling and operations are explained. The move-in process is explained.

7. MOVING DAY HAS ARRIVED

It’s finally arrived! A Losani Homes Customer Service Administrator will greet you upon move in. From move-in date and beyond, all communications between the homeowner and Losani Homes is directed through your Customer Service Administrator. We’re proud to be recognized as the best-trained, after-sales service department in the industry.

8. INSPECTION REVIEWS

After you’ve had some time to settle in, you may have questions or little things that need attention. At one month after move-in, we ask that you submit a form listing any items that you feel should be looked after. This form will allow us to confirm completion status of any outstanding items from your PDI and schedule any necessary maintenance appointments. At one and two years after move-in, we ask that you follow the same procedure for the one-month review. If required, a scheduled inspection would be booked. You don’t have to wait for the one month, one year or two year review to report any concerns. Your customer service administrator is always just a phone call away and our service technicians are on call 24 hours, should you need them.

 

 

9. 22 MONTH REPORT CARD

After living in your Losani Home for two years, we request that you complete a Losani customer report card. This is our way of keeping tabs on our customer care support services, construction technologies, supplier viability, designs, layouts and your general comments about living in a Losani Home.

10. PEACE OF MIND

Your home buyer’s kit is easy to refer to. It is a handy access to your warranty information, contact sheets, operational instructions and your maintenance schedule. It’s the peace of mind you have been looking for.
